It’s been fun to work with two friends to cover all the walls at Satchel’s Pizza, with our watercolor art, urban sketches and photography.  Satchel is great at supporting local artists and providing a festive venue for art while patrons get to enjoy tasty pizza.

Our work includes more than 80 pen, ink and watercolor pieces and if you check it out, you’ll see why it took us a couple of hours to cover the walls.

You’ll see many urban sketches from the boardwalk at Sweetwater Wetlands Park to the sights of Gatlinburg,TN to the train station in High Springs.

If you live nearby, be sure to check our sketches now. The exhibit displays until Sept. 1 . You can purchase the art and take it with you.

You can enjoy a festive dining experience with Satchel’s pizzas, salads, handcrafted sodas, and beers from local microbreweries.

Satchel’s is open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, and is located at 1800 NE 23rd Avenue.
