Getting up with the sun to meet Spoonbills and other birds for a photo shoot is a treat.
This year the beach was covered in white spine needles from many, many sea urchins. A bird has eaten the inside of this urchin recently. It’s spines are still red but would bleach in the sun quickly.
And a treat for us to see your pictures.
Aren’t you kind to say so, Tootlepedal! We went again this morning and I caught great photos of Reddish Egrets fishing. I’ll post the photos I took with my Canon once I get home. For now, I have phone photos.
